Here are some of the custom options that we can offer you for our players sticks.

Shaft Finish

We offer 3 different finishes for the shaft; Grip, Matte, or Gloss.

  • Grip - Glossy finish that has a tacky feel.  It is not an overpowering tackiness, but enough of a grip to keep your gloves from slipping.  Most newer sticks models have offered a tacky grip, so this would be very similar.  Many other non-branded sticks use this finish as well.  These days most players are going for the grip option.

  • Matte - This would be the slickest option of the 3.  There is no additional coating applied to the stick.  This would be most similar to a newer stick model non-grip version.

  • Gloss - This is like a layer of clear coat over the stick.  It provides a very slight tackiness to the shaft.  This would be familiar to you if your current stick is about 10-15 years old with a clear finish.  Most older composites have this type of finish.

Grip Texture

We can offer 6 different grip texture options.

Tactile grip options for both players sticks and goalie sticks

Blade Texture

We can offer 3 different blade texture options.

Sandpaper

This creates a rough surface over the blade.  Some feel this helps give grip to parts of the blade not taped.

Gloss

Same as the gloss finish for the shaft, purely for looks.

Matte

Same as the matte finish for the shaft, purely for looks.

Shaft Shapes

We can offer 3 different shaft shape options.

Square Shaft

Our standard shaft shape, most sticks use this shaft shape.

Rounded Shaft

As the name suggests, slightly more rounded corners on the shaft.  Dimensions are very similar between the round and square shaft.

5 Sided Shaft

The front of the shaft is slightly concave and the back of the shaft has the peak/spine allowing it to sit better in the hand.  Corners are the roundest out of the 3 options.
