Pre Order Terms and Conditions
By placing a preorder for one of our sticks you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- The $100 pre order initial fee guarantees your order in the initial production run of sticks for that particular model.
- By placing a pre order, you agree to be charged for the remaining cost upon completion of the pre order phase. Completion of the preorder phase will be when a certain number (approximately 40 sticks) of preorders has been achieved in order to proceed with production.
- The maximum final cost of the preorder will be listed on the product page. Should the final production price exceed this maximum price, you will be contacted to verify if you would like to continue with the order or have your preorder refunded.
- Preorders are unable to refunded at the customers request. Preorders may only be refunded if the preorder phase lasts longer than 1 year. Should the preorder phase last longer than 1 year from the date of initial preorder, the customer may request a refund of the $100 down payment. Customer may also elect to keep their preorder past the 1 year mark.
The preorder phase is expected to last 4 - 6 months (or less) until production would being. From that point the standard 10 - 12 week lead time would take effect.
